Summary

I have more than forty years of customer service in several forms. In all of them, I have

been dedicated to the customer as well as being extremely loyal to the companies I have

worked for.

I am a team player, but I can also work with minimal or no supervision. I have been able

Courier, 2006-2010

I was responsible for creating Chains of Custody and labels for the bottle orders. Putting

together those orders as well as packing and shipping those orders. I was responsible for

ordering all stock for the orders and some lab supplies. I was responsible for contacting the

customer to negotiate and schedule time for the pickup of the samples. I also picked up these

samples and returned them to the lab in a timely manner.

I have had multiple positions within the Bell System starting with New England Telephone

as a residential installer/repairman. Spent six months selling Merlin Phone systems. Moved

on to become a business installer/repairman. I then went to AT&T as a NMC technician at

Atena Insurance's data center, responsible for the customer's voice and data network. I was

responsible for four hours on the off tour, by myself, handling all aspects which included

negotiating for the release of circuits to be repair or tested. Contacting and negotiating with

outside vendors for the repair of these circuits. I also kept the customer apprised of the

status and escalated as necessary.
