Served as a mediator in the Juvenile Court System performed work with direction of an

attorney for East Nashville sector. Resolved disputes and reconciliation between

residents, adults, teens, and children. Alleviated problems in the community that would

lead to an appearance before the courts or result in school expulsion or termination

from work.

Receptionist/Dispatcher-Answered incoming calls regarding donation to Goodwill.

Scheduled pick-ups and transferred incoming calls to offices in the agency.

1980-1984 Clover Bottom Development Center-Nashville, TN

Developmental Technician- Assisted on behavior units with adults their needs, which

were mentally and physically challenged. Provided services to help with client’s

mobility and technical skills. Kept daily logs pertaining to resident on the unit and

recorded their activities.
