Customer Service-Data Entry–Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation -Tissue Bank/Biotech
•Enter 85-125 orders/day for requests for human tissue and bone from hospitals and doctors into computer database.
•Track and manage customer orders. Provide tracking numbers to customers.
•Ensure accuracy of information provided by reviewing customer comments for special requests, shipping instructions and specifications.
•Maintain up-to-date files of all human tissue orders.
•Interact with Accounts Receivable to release credit holds on accounts and to verify credit cards for accuracy and approval through POS Software System prior to release.
•Coordinate shipments with Shipping Department to ensure orders are processed expeditiously.
•Establish new customer accounts with all customer specifications and enter into a database
•Notify customer of inventory availability when tissue is on back-order. Release all holds when tissue becomes available.
•Update changes in customer account info and forward documentation to the Accounting Dept.
•Coordinate with Contracts-Sales Dept to verify prices and resolve price discrepancies.
•Obtain approval from Accounts Receivable Department to release credit-hold accounts.
•Created a new filing system for Purchase Order Requests to facilitate retrieval and processing.

•In a warehouse environment, make one or more sortations of outgoing and/or incoming mail using the appropriate sort program or manual distribution scheme.
•Load mail onto automated equipment, culling out non-processible items, enter sort program into computer and start equipment, monitor flow of mail to ensure continuous flow, load mail from conveyor belt into bins/stackers and stop equipment when distribution operation is completed.
