Level Indicator Assembly and Switch – Toyota
The LIA component is used in four wheelers to indicate the break oil level in the tank fitted below the reservoir tank, when the oil level in tank reduces to certain level the magnetic float comes close to the reed switch & magnetic field is created due to which the circuit is closed & the indication is given by the glowing bulb in the dash board
Member of CFT for this project, Cross Function Team to monitor the problems involved in assembly of the product and finding out effective solutions, Coordination with production people for the cost effective and ease of assembly, responsibly of cost reduction possibilities
Solenoid Valve Assembly – For Boeing 737– Honey well
This solenoid is used in Boeing 737&747, which is used in the Engine. This solenoid is actuator this actuates the butter fly valve inside the engine. The solenoid valve is an electromagnetic, normally open, single coil design, operated to the closed position by application of a DC power source. The valve functions to control pneumatic airflow and pressure in response to DC inputs. The coil operates on 14 through 30 V. The coil is used to operate the valve. The valve has three ports; an inlet port, a control port, and a vent port. In the closed position (Energized), inlet pressure is blocked, and the vent port is connected to the control port. When open (De-Energized), the inlet pressure is ported to the control port and the vent port is blocked.
