MILITARY EXPERIENCE

1970 – 1973 355TH General Supply Co (GS) worked in supply and assisted the Administrative Supply Technician (AST) with inventory of facility property and TA 50 equipment on Property Book.

1973 – 1977 Platoon Sergeant of Ration Breakdown platoon Managed 30 personnel, Managed a Food Service Warehouse, Cold and perishables, Issued and received approximately 5 tons weekly. Handled all paperwork for the Ration Breakdown Platoon, set up Schedules and the Field Ration site. Attended first Non-Commissioned Officers Leadership Course, Fort Polk, LA

1977 – 1980 Operations/Training Manager for the 355TH Gen sup Co (GS), managed training for 244 personnel, with various MOS’s. Motivated, Planned and Scheduled Personnel for Training Classes, Set up OJT Program for the 355th General supply Company, Coordinated Transportation for soldiers to attend courses out of town, Set-up Correspondence course program for personnel, and attended Advanced Non-Commissioned Officers Leadership Course at the 4152d USAR School at the (UNO) University New Orleans, LA.

1980 – 1982 Food Service Sergeants, Managed 10 personnel, ordering the food, Prepare Menus, accountability of rations, setting up schedules, conduct training for food service personnel; inspect personnel, food prep area, dining facility and field equipment.

1982 –1983 Operations Sergeant and Training Sergeant for the 692D Maintenance Battalion. Manage training for approximately 120 personnel, Coordinate all training and movement of personnel to field for the rifle range. As Operations Sergeant Coordinate with the Officer in charge of 692d Maintenance to Plan, Schedule meetings for training, overseas and Conus.

1983 – 1985 310TH TAACOM (Theater Army Area Command), Headquarters Section, attended Logistics School at Ft. Lee, Va., Training Sergeant for the Headquarters Section. Coordinate and conduct training classes for personnel. Coordinate travel and field training to rifle ranges, and overseas. Attended and graduated Senior NCO Leadership course at Fort Belvoir, VA.

1985 – 1996 377TH TAACOM (Theater Army Area Command), NCO In charge of Logistics Service Support Section. (Food Service, Airdrop rigging, graves registration, Laundry and Bath). Managed 20 Dining Facilities, Inspecting paperwork, personnel, and storage of food, Food prep area, and field equipment. Plan and Schedule Training for personnel in the Service Support Section, Coordinate travel for personnel to attend training classes and travel for personnel to attend Annual Training Overseas and Conus. In Accordance with Army Manual TB MED-530. Approved by the Department of Food and Drug Administration.
