* Improved Senior Leadership’s understanding of Global Sourcing performance by completely redesigning the monthly report-out presentation. This resulted in greatly increased confidence in the results, allowed for the introduction of new actionable information, and decreased the man-hours required for completion by 80%.
* Increased Global Sourcing’s spend knowledge by developing a customized, multi-tiered purchase classification structure. Using this structure, the department gained a detailed, transaction-level understanding of all direct material spend.
