I was responsible for maintenance, modifications and creation of Basic Details Programs used by
CARM a Credit Assessment and Risk Management System. I made modification to programs using COBOL ILE On the Iseries to maintain basil II compliance, supervised the automated testing process using Quick Test Professional, and prerform the duties of release officer maintaining multiple version of CARM.

I was responsible for maintenance, modifications and creation of new programs used by
the Material and Services System known and the MASS System. I created program using COBOL ILE on the Iseries to FTP data into comma delimited files. I also created and maintain programs throughout the system.

(Peer Group). I made system and programming recommendation. I assisted in

Group Leader
Responsible for programming consultants assigned to various projects. Kentucky
Higher Education Assistance Authority (KHEAA), Primary consulting programmer
for Kentucky Higher Education Student Loan Corporation. While working for
KHEAA, I wrote the Purchase System, which allows KHESLC to buy back student
loans that have a good track record. This system consists of 12 programs,
which allows the users to select the loans they desire to purchase and the
user(s) to update any of the personal information pertaining to the selected
loan. Once the loan information appears on the screen and the disclosure
number is made available. The user can add cosigners and/or change repayment
date(s) add or delete forbearance or deferments and/or enter an entirely new
loan. I wrote the program that calculates the interest paid on claims. I
developed Utility programs to assist the operations department. These
utilities were used for profiles and other AS/400 security maintenance, spool
file management and CPU utilization tracking for client billing purposes. As
group leader, I assisted my subordinates in their technical endeavors, such
techniques to accomplish difficult task.

Programmer Analyst
I was responsible for the design and development of Workers Compensation
Reporting System. This system gathered information from POINT Systems internal
files performed various calculations on these files and placed the information
in a format outlined by OSI.
Support programmer for Florida Joint Underwriters Association. As support person
my duties were to address all problems that occurred.
I also assisted in the design and development of the claims processing portion of the POINT System all on the AS/400.
