· Ritz Carlton Spa and Spa Suites in Rancho Mirage, CA. The $35 million project consists of two poured in place buildings.

· 2-Story Structure is a Multi Million Dollar Day Spa with private massage rooms, steam, sauna, outdoor hot tubs, fountains and fitness room.

· 3-story Structure includes 16 High-end custom Suites with Spectacular views of the Mojave Desert.

· Responsible for completing Phase 1 of the 70-year-old Coral Casino Historical Rehabilitation Project. An Extensive Remodel that included an Olympic-size lap pool, complemented by spacious decks and 2 Levels of Cabanas, Basement, 3 elevators the Raft Grill, and La Pearl Dining room with Lounge and a New Sea wall.

Perini Building Company, Western U.S. Division June 2003-July 2006

Project Superintendent

· Responsible for completing MGM City Center Projects including Bellagio Parking Structure, Sales Center for the Cosmopolitan Casino, 90,000 sq. foot construction office including site work.

· Responsible for completing The Morongo Casino Resort & Spa a $250 million design- assist construction contract encompassed 680,000 square feet, including a 28-story hotel tower with a two-story, glass rooftop penthouse enclosing a lounge and a rooftop restaurant, 413,000 square feet of low rise with a themed casino (100,000 square feet), meeting space, spa, cafe, buffet, night club, steakhouse restaurant, food court, and back-of-house space. Adjacent to the casino is an oasis complex with six luxury casitas and private pools, beach entry pool, lazy river, Jacuzzis, and a wade pool. Perini also constructed a parking garage for 1,800 cars and surface parking for 3,000 cars on Morongo's 44-acre site.

· At the peak of construction, Perini hired approximately 1,300 craftspeople to work on the project. The total cost of the casino resort is $250 million.

· Responsible for completing The Shops at South Lake, a retail project that included the construction of three new buildings built around an existing Macy’ s Department store with two existing parking structures. The total square footage for all three buildings was 164,200 square feet. Building A (88,200 sf.) consists of spread footing and grade beams. Building B (69,300 sf.) utilized steel columns, girders and joist. Building C (6,700 sf.) was constructed using caissons, grade beam and structural cast-in place concrete.
