The efficiency was increased from 87% to more than 97% with the line balancing and consolidation areas. Each operator can produce 11.2% or 28 more poles per shift.

Reduce line operators from 27 to 24. It represents cost reduction by 13% or $59,062.50 per year.

Recommend safety and ergonomic concepts to reduce accidents and prevent absenteeism problems.
