Reduced scrap rate from 40% to less than 3% on Side Impact high density parts for the Dodge Neon by developing an innovative pneumatic mold ejector valve.

Designed a high temperature, high flow pneumatic valve that allowed the conversion from solvent based glue guns to water based glue guns company wide.

Designed a revolutionary vacuum chamber system 30% more efficient than the previous design.
