The majority of my work comprehends GM sites implementing approved BoMs and leveraging GM contractual pricing of the BoM components. I worked with each site to order the correct BoM and realize the contractual pricing. During the time I have been working for GM, I have worked with the deployment teams, site managers, and architects to resolve issues and get hardware to the sites to support the implementation schedules. Countries I supported include: Thailand, Brazil, UK, India, Argentina, Spain, Canada, Mexico, and the US. Project teams in all regions know I work wit the vendors and contact me regularly for questions and issue resolution.
In the US and Canada, I was part of the GSI Team for procurement of $1.8M for GSIP and $6.7M for GEPICS. In other regions, I supported procurement of approximately $2.5M for GSIP and $1.7M for GEPICS. I also helped manage the supplier in hardware implementation into most GMNA sites.
