systems to the USCG's new cutters (Deepwater).
o Spearheaded RFP and RFQ responses by creating BOEs, WBS and IMS to
price the proposals, and used all to establish budgets, conduct
risk mitigation and monthly EVMS reviews, and maintain delivery
schedules for programs awarded.
. Saved $0.5M on existing $2.7M programs by increasing team focus,
improving risk mitigation, and implementing cost controls.
. Managed $9M internally funded program to upgrade all fielded EW systems
