Its AMC is Live or Dead so CRE can follow up the Customer to get renevued
Also get the performance of the Location and CRE that how many AMC sold during the
selected Period

Later the Uploaded data then divided to CRE to call
Data which is assign to CRE can only seen in his/her Login Only
CRE can call the customer and do follow up

Project 5 :- Tittle:- Job Card Tracking System.
1)The production Marketing System is a cutting edge software exclusive for a Printing company. The software is equally capable of helping the organisation monitor over prime process involved in printing irrespective of size of the company and number of publication it print.
Software Used : This softwre is developed using technology like VB 6,SQL 2000,IIS,Windows NT and Crystal Report 8.5.It makes available data onlline on Web because of which common information, which every department wants to see they can see it easily and any changes made to it get reflected easily.
Database consists of 42 tables and generate 34 Reports.
Data get entered from following departments :
Marketing: Enquiry for a print Job get entered from this department which consist of information about the job, require to send quotation.After sending the quotation if that job get aprroved the Job Card get printed which assigns jobcard number to that job.
DTP: In Dtp Department scaning,page layouts, color printouts,designs get prepaired from different operators.System allows to store all this detail jobwise and time consumed on each job by each operator.
Platemaking : In Platemaking plates are prepared, which are very costly, on the basis of positives supplied by processing department which are used in final Printing on Machine.
Production: Over here actual Production takes place in three shifts. If management want to known how much paper get consumed , what is the name of that Paper, what is the Wastage % , what is the total Printing Quantity of particular Job ,how much time consumed for that job , who worked for that shift, on which day & how much ink & which ink is consumed for that job , how many plate get cancelled during that job & what was the Reason for cancellation of plate .
Despatch : Responsibilty of this department is to deliver on time Printed Job to respective client at place mentioned in jobcard.
