First Home Care/ Foster Care Caseworker
Provide therapeutic casework services for both children and families. Engage both children and families in a problem solving process that leads to an appropriate plan of permanency for children. Monitor foster homes to ensure children are being properly cared for. Provide support and consultation to TFC foster parents, to families of children in care and to other team members related to their role in the treatment plan; and advocates for coordinates, and links children and their families with needed services available.
