Planning

• Prepare work plan and for the social and environment inspection and follow up.

Inspecting • Conduct the CoC (Code of Conduct) inspection in the different types of production unit including knit, woven and sweater, jersey and lingerie factories.

Reporting • Prepare social and environmental reports and update database on the regular basis.

Workshop & training

Activities • Prepare workshop and training materials for the factories.

• Creating continual educational opportunities on trends and innovations in sustainability field for the peers group from other departments internally and for the different levels of management of suppliers.

Routine Activities • Conduct several workshops and training for the awareness and capacity build up of the Suppliers.
