 QUALIFICATIONS

I have worked with casinos to assist with all phases of promotions, adding games, revising the game mix, coordinating installs and customer service. I have done training in operating the SED pantheon management system and marketing for smaller casinos. Casinos worked with range from small ones with less than 200 machines to larger facilities such as Creek Tulsa. I have assisted with both servicing and installation of machines.

I developed the Kaw Nation Casino marketing program including organizing and expanding the advertising. Included in this effort was getting all departments to work together to coordinate schedules and promotions. I was able to develop a monthly newsletter, maintain the mailing list and get the mailing done. I implemented TV advertising in the Wichita and Western Kansas areas. Data and statistics are part of my area of expertise along with development of spreadsheets to track game performance. I started up the Kaw poker room including training, hiring dealers and setting up administrative paperwork.

Assisted with training and supervising 20 workers in house location and mapping in Osage County OK.

2008-2009 Self Employeed - Private Investigations, Process Serving

2005-2008 Promotions & Customer Service, Select Electronic Devices

Responsibilities included working with both casinos and various SED departments to solve problems, keep machines running and set up promotions. I trained casino personnel in the Pantheon POS and reporting system. I also followed regulatory developments and industry developments in casino gaming systems to help SED keep up with the latest demands. SED has gone from around 380 machines in Oklahoma to over 700 during the time I have worked for them.

2002-2005 Marketing Director/Poker Manager, I worked with the Kaw Nation Casino, Smoke Shops and Travel Plaza doing marketing. Responsibilities included increasing customer base by expanding advertising, developing a newsletter and analyzing data on players and gaming machines. Also worked with gaming commission to help classify games and understand the Federal MICS. Gaming revenue increased from $450,000 to $1,200,000 per month. Hired and trained dealers for a four table poker room. I started up the poker room and helped set up the paperwork and cage system for Poker.

1997-2008 Vision Investigations

Private Investigations firm operated by my wife and myself. Worked for attorneys, individuals and companies. Included both Civil and Criminal work and process service.

1999-2002 Process EngineerThis position involved process engineering design for the refining industry.

1990-1999 Process EngineerIn this position I was responsible for project control, process design and modeling for all clients. I wrote several operations manuals per OSHA 1910 and conducted pre start-up operator training.

Before 1999 Printing and Office Supply Shop

I had a printing and office supply shop. This included publishing an ad paper that was distributed in Osage County OK. Sales, layout, printing and distribution were all involved in this operation.
