• Managed daily operations of a four man team in support of the companies 140 personnel by creating and accounting for all training records, daily reports, evaluations, and awards.
• Processed more than 130 Senior Leader evaluation reports, and company awards to members that were leaving or transferring throughout the Organization
• Stood in as Senior Advisor while he was absent allowing the company to continue to run efficiently and effectively resulting in zero injuries or safety incidents over a 6 month period.
Chief, Senior Mission Processing Analyst- Alpha, 4-320th Field Artillery, US Army FT. Campbell, KY April 2001-June 2011
• Managed a 13 Member team over seven years in munitions precision calculation allowing more than 19,000 artillery rounds to effectively destroy or suppress enemy targets in hostile locations
• Produced several Excel Formatted Worksheets that allowed for faster computation of information that was vital to the Companies mission, allowing our processing rates to improve drastically
• Trained and mentored eight entry level crew members to become extremely proficient in Mission analysis, while also promoting college education to make them successful in today’s work force. All eight were promoted to supervisors of their trade within 2 years.
