Design Intern

This was a two months internship. Here i worked with a team to design episodic animation for tweens. I worked with a team to generate content for thirteen episodes, including character design and handled the entire animation and compositing on Flash. Along with this I also worked for the company’s website.

Visual Artist / Creative Director (Diploma Project)

I worked for this company for a year as a part of my Diploma Project. I was handling their several projects including the design of their 3D computer animated series called " Life Wonders ". On this project I worked on their scripts, story boarding and character design and animation. Apart from this I worked as visualizer and creative director for their other projects. Apart from Photoshop, i also used Maya and 3D Max.

I worked on “Center Fresh Zaban Pe Lagaam”, Kaul & Sunny episode. I worked on Character development, Cutout based backgrounds, and Flash based 2d and Symbol animation.

I worked for one of their television programmes called "Ishq Deewane". Flash based caricatures and animations. These, tasks were performed as a freelance Animation Director.

I worked for “ORBIT FRANCOIS FRESH BITES” spots as a freelancer. Here I worked with a team where we shot the character on green screen and later composited the Flash based facial animation and backgrounds made in Photoshop. National Institute Of Design (Ahmedabad) January 2008 – 2010 June Research Associate

This project was a part of a research, aimed to adopt regional esthetics for development of designs for animation, and understanding the language of stereoscopy for animation films. I worked on the script, storyboard, production and post production of a short film. I also conducted 3D and Flash animation workshops for students and was a part of their Jury to give them feedback for their work. I was also a part of the biannual Chitrakatha International Film Festival. I helped in its organization and made promotional films for it. For the short film I used Maya 2008, Flash 8, Photoshop CS,After Effects CS and Premiere Pro. For the promotional films i used classical hand drawn style on Flash, Footage and After Effects.
