CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Custom marble bath company. Handled more than 25 home builders per day.

Extreme organization is involved. Orders were called in, emailed, and/or

dispatched. Daily logs were kept of every order both written and entered

into files that we as representatives made ourselves.

The installer measured the area in which the item/s were then going to be

placed. Measurements came back. I drew up the vanity and/or bath tub

making sure everything was precise. (drain on the right side, how far

apart to drill the holes for the faucets, etc.) Allowing time for it to be

made, I called the builder and gave him the day it was to be delivered. I

also handled all problems, of course some with assistance if needed. I

went to job sites and met the builder if needed. Timing on everything

involved was key.
