The JMC Steel Group was founded as the John Maneely Company (JMC) in 1877. It started as a distributor of pipe, values and fittings in Philadelphia, Pa. and grew into one of the largest independent steel pipe and tube distributors on the East Coast of the U.S.

Responsibilities:

• SQL SERVER 2008 R2/2008/2005/2000 Production Environment with SAP as the Front end.

• Mainly Migrated databases from SQL Server 2000 to SQL Server 2008 R2.

• Handling 32 bit and 64 bit Memory configurations for SQL Server 2000 on Windows 2000 and SQL Server 2005 on Windows 2003 and SQL Server 2008 R2 in Windows 2008 Server. Prepared Documentation for the Disaster Recovery plan.
