My responsibilities and duties include; prepare site specific plans for scaffold erection and use, fall protection work plan for interior and exterior work, Job Hazard Analysis for each trade, daily Pre-Task Hazard Analysis for all work. Prepare daily safety reviews; perform daily scaffold inspections; and weekly job site safety inspections. Supervise the installation of interior plastic barrier at roof trusses, roof shingle tear-off and installation. Provide lead awareness training, weekly tailgate training, and monitor job site safety.
