Operation and Maintenance of HV & LV Diesel Generators up to 3000 KVA.

Periodical and Preventive maintenance of SF6,VCB and ACB FOR LV and HV Motors and Switchgear panels.

Shutdown maintenance and calibration of 6.6KV Motors and 415V Motor’s protection relays.

Operation and Maintenance of Flame Proof, Increased safety, Pressurized, Non-Sparking type of H.T. Motors of all Ranges 6.6kV, 3.3kV and 440v up to 1250 KW in Hazardous areas of Zone 1 & 2 and Variable Frequency Drives(ROBICON).

Routine Maintenance of LV MCC and PCC panels and relays.

Troubleshooting and Fault rectification of MCC and PCC panels.

Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities of HV and LV Transformers (15 MVA), HV and LV Generators (2.5 MW), HV and LV Motor’s, Switchgear’s, UPS and Batteries.

Commissioning, Routine and periodic maintenance of HV and LV Bus bar protection relays, panels and cubicles.

Commissioning of LV MCC and PCC panels and relays.

Maintenance of different types of UPS and Battery Banks (Ni Cad and Lead Acid).

Walk-down the plant and prepare system punch lists. Monitor and agree close-out of action points.

Liaise with contractors and perform pre-commissioning, commissioning & start up activities.

Trained PTW Receiver, complete knowledge of JSA, RCA, and STOP.

Having well knowledge in Zone Classifications.

Trouble shooting, Operation and maintenance of all types of Motorized operating valve (MOV) Limitorque, rotork, Biffi, Ledeen)

Co-ordinate and communicate with other services higher authorities for smooth running of plant.

Lead the team of Technicians to complete the scope of work in time.

Execute and troubleshoot the work based on schematic diagrams.

Handled switchgears: ABB, Toshiba, Mitsubishi, MerlinGerin, Al-Ahelia, and Siemens.
