Responsibilities include generation of subdivision and land development plans from concept sketch plans to plans suitable for Municipal submission. Work includes vertical and horizontal road layout, vertical and horizontal layout of all utilities (sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water), site grading, storm sewer conveyance system design and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
