Initially selected to create a 70 person Engineering Office that would be scalable based on contract requirements.

Designed, Planned and Budgeted Mecachrome Toronto IT / IS infrastructure based on previous Boeing computer and security experience and requirements.
Successfully introduced many Boeing in-house applications into the Mecachrome Toronto infrastructure such as Design, FEA and Complete 787 IVT database resides onsite.
After many lengthy conversations with IBM Catia sales group and Boeing procurement, Mecachrome was allowed to use Boeing Catia licenses with no charge. This created an initial saving of 1.3 million dollars and an annual savings of $168,000.00 dollars for maintenance.
Coordinated the network connection of a T3 line from Mecachrome Toronto into Boeing’s network infrastructure in Philadelphia. Relieving the Mecachrome WAN from a large amount of network traffic.
Worked with Boeing procurement to get a purchase order and GCE request signed that would allow for Mecachrome’s participation on the 747-8 program.

Selected to project manage IT site consolidation for this aerospace commercial aircraft manufacturer. This was a massive undertaking, ultimately strategizing to layout and design an advanced server and network environment to accommodate a smaller footprint and over head cost.
Acting Senior Manager for Midrange systems.
Coordinated the transfer of company HR, Fiscal, Engineering, Planning, QA information to closing out lease agreements, removal of company equipment shutdown of the Boeing Toronto IS/IT department.
Lead network team in the site consolidation and Cisco network upgrade to the Boeing Toronto site.
Accountable for the operation of 45 CAD workstations, 68 CAM Milling Stations, with file and applications servers running VAX/VMS, HP-UX and Windows XP & Server 2003.
Spearheaded the configuration and installation of a redundant bridged LAN allowing continuous network connectivity. Resulted in a seamless operational transition.
Part of networking team that converted McDonnell Douglas legacy network over to Boeing corporate network after Boeing’s acquisition.
Authorized to interface directly with Boeing Long Beach to centralize CAD data to reduce redundancy and retrieval time.
Teamed with both Company President and Director to revitalize interdepartmental Communications Kiosk.
