At MTS (Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd)

1 Healths check up on IN Nodes like CBP, SCP, and BMP.

2 Uploading the CDRs to MTS file server from CBPs.

3 Process restart.

4 Daily planned activities for configuration changes.

5 Number series routing configuring in SCP and CBP by using SMAP application.

6 Generating the reports for CPU/Disk utilization in all servers.

7 Changes in Balance & validity, Tariff plan etc in prepaid billing system.

8 Deletion of account keys in CBP.

9 Call traces analysis via CBP & SCP.

10 Voucher/Subscriber dump unloading and taking back up of the data.

11 AOC footer change.

12 Deletion of subscriber data from CBP and database by using query.

13 Service configuration for new products.

14 Co ordinating the team on different issues and completing the task in time.
