Rig Manager Asset, GSF Adriatic X & GSF Constellation II
Managed all aspects of rig operations including: budget preparation, forecasts, project approvals, preventive and corrective maintenance, overhauls, and capital projects deep PM knowledge (FEED, MPP, and Project Lifecycle Development). Developed and administered an operating budget of $8 million and a revenue budget of $66 million with a staff of 250.
• Managed the 15K Well Test Upgrade Project on the Rig Constellation 2 and a 90-day, $20 million, Shipyard Project on the Rig Adriatic X which were accomplished on time and within budget.
• Brought the Rig Adriatic X up from 42nd place to 21st place in EAU Asset/Performance ranking.
• Maintained positive customer relationship and satisfaction with customers including, PHPC, Petrobel, and ENI, in Egypt and Tunisia which encouraged continuing business. Completed 6 operating wells for these customers.
• Improved the operational capabilities while maintaining the asset in accordance with the Asset MRO & CAPEX plan and budget.
• Qualified as Senior Incident Investigator certified in TOPSET Investigation Methodology.
• Planned, managed, and executed a major shipyard project in Alexandria, Egypt, which effectively extended the useful life of the asset for 20 years.

Responsible for account/project management, team development, risk assessment and mitigation, profit and loss, planning, Go-to-Market strategy, network rollout, CAPEX, QHSE management, developing a customer service program, process development, and deployment of IT/IS Infrastructure.
• Led a project team of 50 that included systems engineers, radio frequency engineers, and systems architects in providing bandwidth to over 16,000 customers in Baghdad, Iraq including the Victory Base Complex increasing the operational capability of coalition forces operating in Iraq.
