Used Techniques: EMSA, Western, EMSA-Western, immunoprecipitation, ChIP, Southern Blot, FACS analysis, Typhon analysis, embrionic stem cell and induced pluripotent stem cells cultures, extractions of nuclear proteins by nervous tissues and stem cells.
