1) Effect of Eicosapentaenoic Acid on molecular mechanisms of CREB during the regulation of neural differentiation.

2) The cell cycle genes regulation of Ips cells and the role of Swi/Snf chromatin remodeling enzymes during their differentiation

Used Techniques: EMSA, Western, EMSA-Western, immunoprecipitation, ChIP, Southern Blot, FACS analysis, Typhon analysis, embrionic stem cell and induced pluripotent stem cells cultures, extractions of nuclear proteins by nervous tissues and stem cells.
