Currently managing the company’s largest spotting and shuttling account, directing 65 hourly shuttle drivers and yard spotters in a 3 shift/24hr daily operation. Responsible for staffing, scheduling, forecasting work loads, equipment utilization and maintenance. Dealing directly with the customer as first point of contact, while maintaining required service levels and analyzing weekly productivity reports and cost efficiencies.
