Lead Program Manager responsible for the implementation of $300M Nissan and Infiniti Retail Initiative across Canada.
Delivery to date of more than $270M in projects for Nissan and $33M on Infiniti projects
As Lead Program Manager, Antony is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the program. This includes the review and approval of designs and construction drawings, ensuring consistency in the application of the brand elements, interfacing with the dealers, architects, engineers and contractors.
In addition to the review and supervision of the construction process, Antony provides details for the coordination and purchasing of stock items for the program such as signage and retail display components and branded fixtures.
A key part of the client requirement is to report on progress of the programs to senior management and presentation to executives within Nissan and Infiniti.

Chosen for high-profile 6-month engagement with Barclays Bank Africa. Coordinating with X-Pert International, worked onsite in Kenya, Ghana, and Egypt upgrading the project management skills of 23 Change Managers struggling through a $54M project portfolio.
Credited with turning around the capabilities and morale of a team plagued with project and cost overruns, poor cost containment, and unstructured project administration.
