Description:

Temenos Core Banking (TCB) is a processing engine for Lange, complex retail banking businesses operated either by bank or by an outstanding operation. Interface is one of the core applications in TCB which comprises of services like sight deposit, term deposit, passbook, cheque book, sweep account and inquiry systems. The applications comprise of creation of condition parameters, simple tariff and product. The customers will be mapped to a product according to their requirements. TCB software maintains and performs all the required operation like interest calculation, maturity period, settlement frequency, method of payment, credit interest etc. The data of customers will be maintained in the DB tables and updated according to the operations on the account.

Responsibilities:

• Develop code on COBOL, JCL, SQL, PL/SQL,PL/I

• Understanding Banking Concepts

• Understanding the given HLRD (High Level Requirement Document) & DESP (Design Specifications)

• Coding and Performing unit testing according to the DESP

• Preparing test result documents

• Retrieving and updating data in DB2 tables

• Defect Fixing
