Historic accomplishment to get all customers to collaborate and submit forecasts in consistent templates to provide unparalleled capacity view across the supply chain. • Saved $12M over a 3-year period by reconfiguring product specifications for New Line.

• Designed new retail displays at New Line reducing manufacturing and assembly costs by $2M over 4-year period.

• Redesigned assembly workflow while at Disney to in-line process resulting in $4M savings over 4 years.

• Project lead of technical experts for FAA audit of tail assembly. Audit was a top priority for the company. Team included experts from Engineering, Planning, Tooling and QA. Audit totaled 1,400 documents.
