One of the two systems included HR, Payroll, and Benefits Administration for 75,000 US-based associates, the other system performed HR functions for 13,000 non-US-based associates. Led the effort (management plus individual contribution for all tasks) to apply tax updates, patches, fixes, and batch program customizations; tune database, SQL statements, application servers, web servers, and process schedulers; perform troubleshooting; implement customizations; and provide architectural input to interface and customization design. Performed five major PeopleSoft upgrades. (PeopleSoft HCM versions 7.0 through 8.8 SP1 on PeopleTools up through 8.42 running on Oracle 8 and Solaris 8)
