Identify and resolve equipment malfunction, working with manufacturers and field representatives as necessary to produce replacement parts

Maintain logs and manuals to document testing and operation of equipment

Provide user application and engineer support and recommendations for new and existing equipment with regard to installation, upgrade, and enhancement
