Project #1: North Eastern Dentistry Auto -Dialing

The NED, client is using open dental as the practice management software on ORACLE database. Every location has their instance of the Open Dental software and a separate ORACLE database.

Spitfire Auto Dialer system has many applications such as outbound delivery of all types of reminders, automated voice messaging to the elderly. The 1-9 keys are used to interact with a caller’s response and call transfer, leave a message or add to the DNC.

The project is aimed to evaluate the patient’s details that are attended to the Clinic. It aims to know the Appointment dates of the patients, Patients Last visit, Procedures of the patients, Communication Log etc. All the requirements should present in the analytical reports.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Involved in understanding the client requirements for the changes in application

Involved in developing the Change Requests in the application.

Wrote and modified Oracle PL/SQL, SQL statements procedures and functions that are called in the Java Scripts.

Based on the requirement Created Script files to retrieve the Data from Database.

Subaru of America, Inc. (SOA) is the U.S. Sales and Marketing subsidiary of Fuji Heavy Industries (FHI) of Japan and is responsible for the distribution, marketing, sales and service of Subaru vehicles in the United States.

The aim of the project is to build a consistent database that should provide a single platform for the users, where they can rely on this database, and also evaluation of the Dealers and the Technicians of the Subaru. It aims to know the Technicians performance like training percentage, status, score, Training Locations etc… all the performance constraints and their details should be provided on the intelligence Report which would helpful for decision making.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Understanding existing business model and customer requirements.

Imported data from various Sources transformed and loaded into Data Warehouse Targets using Informatica.

Developing Informatica mappings & tuning them when necessary.

Used most of the transformations such as the Source Qualifier, Aggregator,

Update, Filter, Join, Lookup, Expression transformation to generate consolidated.

Created Pivot Table views for analyzing the data.
