Microcircuit Test/Troubleshoot: Cirrus Logic is recognized worldwide as a leading supplier of signal processing components for audio and energy applications. As part of the Test/Troubleshooting group inside Cirrus Logic clean room some of my responsibilities are:

Testing and troubleshooting of production linear and Pulse-Width Modulated amplifiers.

Analysis of amplifier circuits applying principles and theories of electronics, electrical circuitry, electrical testing and using other engineering abilities (proficiency reading schematics and assembly drawings as well as using Oscilloscopes, I-V Curve Tracer, Function Generators and Power Supplies).

Provide solutions to Hybrid Circuits at the transistor level.

Performs data review, in order to provide troubleshooting, identify cause and corrective action in order to solve technical production problems.

Run prototype testing.

Solve manufacturing problems using engineering skills, analyzing the problem and making experimental changes to parts.

Assist in the review of pre-prototypes: schematic, layout, manufacture and costs level.

Sunrise Engineering and Design Inc.

August 2009 – February 2010

Engineering / Production Intern: Sunrise is involved with design and manufacturing of microphone preamplifiers used in professional audio production. Responsibilities at Sunrise:

Testing of design phase PCB’s using circuit theory techniques (employing knowledge of analog and digital circuits and components: Operational-amplifiers, bipolar transistors and FET’s) and circuit analysis laboratory equipment (oscilloscopes, digital multi-meters, function generators and data acquisition tools).

Troubleshooting and analysis of circuit schematics.

Verifying of component performance and specifications, assembly of PCB’s, and assisting with product manufacturability enhancements.

Creation and renovation of assembly and test instructions for product reliability.

Testing of final preamplifiers performance and compliance with specifications.

St. Clair Technologies Inc.: Innovative Solutions for Electrical Systems

June 2008 – May 2009

Product/Design Engineering Intern: St. Clair Technologies produces wire harness for the Automotive, Military, RV, Bus, and Marine markets, vehicle lighting and panel assemblies. Duties at St. Clair:
