Project Manager -Management Leader for a turn-key formwork shell subcontractor. Responsible for managing all aspects of multiple and simultaneous construction projects.

Key Projects and Representative Accomplishments
• Peabody Hotel Expansion – A 35-story, 1.1-million csf, post-tension cable slab hotel located in Orlando, Florida. The 2nd tallest building in Orlando. Coordinated and scheduled turnkey concrete shell scope of work efficiently and safely while connected to a fully operational hotel. Completed on time and under budget for Balfour Beatty, with a subcontract cost of $19 million.
• Amway Center – A 7-level, 1.2-million csf, pan-formed slab, 18,500+ seat arena located in Orlando, Florida. Included executing and managing plan to exceed contract specified MBE - 18% and WBE 6% participation goals by 16% and 2% respectively. Completed on time and under budget for Hunt Construction Group, with a subcontract cost of $28 million.
• Aqualea Resort – A 4-star, 14-story, 1.3-million csf, post-tension cable, slab hotel and parking garage located in Clearwater, Florida. Included coordination and construction of a 5,800cf underground rainwater storage vault. Subcontract cost of $18 million, completed for the general contractor Bovis Lend Lease.
• Signature Place – A 35-story, 1.5-million csf, conventional slab condominium tower located in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. This subcontract package included all formwork and placing of vertical concrete. Subcontract cost of $10 million, completed for the general contractor Bovis Lend Lease.
• Orange Lake – A 9-story 525,000 csf, conventional slab timeshare tower located in Kissimmee, Fl. Included implementation of a reversed pour sequence in mid-project to better facilitate interior build-out while still maintaining overall project schedule. Subcontract cost of $6 million, completed for the general contractor Winter Park Construction.
