While working at the Cox daycare I was working in the front office as a lead front desk customer service rep, I had to answer the phone file papers fax important documents and explain the rules and regulations of the day to new customers, make daycare tour appointments while making sure all daycare services where paid on time, report and login, all day care incident’s and also book all day care out of state vacation services.
