“Near real-time Automatic Image Registration” using Mutual Information between multi temporal frame imagery
• Implemented and coded algorithms enabling automated image registration using Mutual Information (MI) as a measure of similarity for feature matching

• Studied various Steganography attacks as the class final project and implemented the visual attack in MATLAB by enhancing the LSBs of the Stego file.
• Examined Transform coding of JPEG images and their impact on image quality.
• Performed motion estimation and motion compensation using exhaustive search and conjugate direction search for moving image sequence.
• Implemented CDMA transmitter for the reverse link transmission from mobile to base station in MATLAB.
• Designed a square root cosine filter and its impulse response was convolved with scaled matched filter.
• Designed a phase locked loop for an input sinusoid and for an I-Q modulated signal with a phase offset.
• Designed a QPSK modem with Frequency lock loop, 32 stage timing recovery loop.
• Designed a 128 point OFDM modem with 54 frequency bins. Each frequency bin is 16-QAM modulated.
• Implemented QPSK and 8- ASK type of modulation and demodulation. Channel used is AWGN.
