Supported the integration of Flextronics Semiconductors inventory manufacturing system (Camstar’s MESA) into AMI Semiconductors inventory manufacturing system (SAP).
Became the super user for AMI Semiconductors SAP R/3 Financial & Logistics Production System.
Took the leadership role to provide SAP training for the different manufacturing business units. Using the Lotus Notes database, created an SAP User training guide.

Responsible for the data integrity, installation of application changes, system saves, recoveries, archiving, and setting up security profiles for the inventory tracking system, Camstar’s MESA (Manufacturing Execution System Application).
Created and maintained fab processes, operations, and products. This included maintaining yields and cycle time data.
Created new Plants on the MESA system for the integration of recently acquired companies. This involved working with the managers and supervisors to get an understanding of their supply chain, and to learn what data information needed to be collected. When a final plan was agreed upon, I would set up the MESA processes, operations, and products.
Set up user defined and SPC fields to collect important manufacturing data.
Trained all new employees on MESA. Created training manuals.
