I have worked with diverse populations of children and youth for over fifteen years. My teaching experience has been with struggling learners from many diverse socio-economic and cultural backgrounds, including teaching kids with behavioral and emotional challenges. I have trained teachers and administrators as a nationally certified trainer for the National Education Association (NEA) in anti-bullying workshops. I developed and co-facilitated an anti-bullying group for youth at Crittenton Children’s Center. At Crittenton Children’s Center I developed the Supplemental Education Classroom that utilized computerized curriculums.
