I have over seventeen years in health care management, account manager, training, and recruiting and staff sales. I have the skills to staff hospitals, medical clinics, doctor offices and other healthcare industries with medical professionals. Perform recruiting and placement of temporary/contract talent and mid to senior level direct hire placement. I am also responsible for sourcing, identifying, screening and placing qualified healthcare professionals to our client companies. In addition to recruiting responsibilities, supporting business development, and client maintenance, I have the knowledge to identify and/or resolve client service issues.

I have the ability to identify and recruit potential candidates through referrals, internet sourcing, and participation in job fairs, company/client-sponsored events and related medical associations. Conduct candidate interviews via phone and in person. Utilize and maintain the client and candidate recruiting system. This includes documentation of all client, candidate, and contract employee information in the recruit system. Perform all necessary allied recruiting functions: verifying references, work experience, and all applicable licensure/certification(s)/OSHA requirements. Obtain detailed job requisition information from clients, enter the specifications into the system, and communicate order to team members. Maintain ongoing relationships with Healthcare contract employees, candidates, and client representatives.

I have the ability to meet and exceed revenue objective from a combination of existing customer base and new business development by excellent promoting skills. I also have adept business analysis skills with emphasis in monitoring and improving upon key sales metrics. I also have the ability to think outside “the box”. I also have excellent communication, closing and follow-up skills

I also have a strong working knowledge of performance improvement, performance analysis tools, need assessment and implementation. Moreover, I have the ability to understand various quality improvement models. I have exceptional presentation/Facilitation skills, and ability to implement measurable objectives. I have the ability to adhere to financial and marketing plans, prepare reports and build strong employee/customer/community relation and strong financial management. Develop a team to reach goals in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment.

I am highly organized, efficient and customer services driven, team player, creative, competitive, hard worker and a willingness to go beyond the call of duty and has the ability to juggle multiple tasks, deadline and detail oriented. I possess strong leadership/management skills as well as strong decision-making capability.
