Working with Genpact as AR Analyst – Finance & Accounting Dept (Order-To-Cash) since Oct 4th'2010 To till date.
I am working as AR Analyst whose job is to service Panasonic North America clientele,
wherein I am handling portfolio of McDonalds Corporate Accounts and Enterprise accounts which amounts to $25 million approximately. This is an independent and varied role that requires flexibility and the ability to prioritize.
Genpact’s Order-to-Cash practice provides end-to-end solutions for the entire customer-to-cash lifecycle driving transformation through our proprietary OTC platform suite, GenPower. We manage upstream processes, often referred to as Order-to-Bill, that include setting up customers and their contracts, assessing credit risk, and managing order fulfillment. We also handle downstream processes, or Invoice-to-Cash, such as collecting and applying cash payments and resolving customer disputes and deductions.
Work Profile
Setting up customers and their contracts
Assessing credit history of the accounts in-order to forward the request for tolerance increase of the credit line depending orders to be released vs total exposure of the account vs payment in transit vs existing credit line.
Analysing accounts for the orders on hold status with respect to order fulfillment.
Managing upstream & downstream processes - Order-to-Bill & Invoice-to-Cash
Contacting Corporate Accounts for past due invoices.
Downloading the remittance advice from Corp Accounts, processing checks, wires and credit card payments.
Reconciliation of accounts – Bifurcation of payments received from Corp Accounts with respect to particular invoices.
Resolving customer disputes and deductions.- coding valid invalid deduction
Working on ERP SAP – Accounts Receivables
Majorly involved into reports generation from SAP for a team of 10 AR Analyst.
