Design components of Next Generation aircraft engines. Perform thermal growth analysis of rig systems. Specify fits for assembly of components. Design tube assemblies with instrumentation for simulation rigs. Interface with contract shops to assure correct product definition. Provide technical support for rig assembly. Lead Project Engineer for facilities, equipment and start-up for major customer state ID card. Responsible for equipment drawings and facility layout. Interface with fabrication shops, utility workers and state employees. Coordination of resources and equipment for turn-key system.

10/2004 – 12/2006 Contract Project Engineer Digimarc ID Systems Burlington, MA

Provide technical support for the design, installation and support of US state and Foreign identification cards. Tasks include: Provide design assistance using SolidWorks, work with vendors to provide procurement of parts, deal with purchasing, shipping and travel, maintain a schedule using Microsoft Project, use MiniTab statistical software to perform DOE for process optimization.
