Managed Collision repair center; increased sales volume from $4.7 million annual sales to $7.3 million in annual sales. Developed and implemented body teams to improve cycle time and increase daily production volume without increasing the size of existing staff. Raised material profitability to 40+% without sacrificing quality of materials or even changing product lines. Trained Estimators using blueprint methods to gain estimate accuracy and produce throughput ready work to avoid unnecessary delays in workflow. Created a more marketable workflow and obtained additional DRP agreements. The sales volume and performance increased so rapidly that Rickenbaugh drew the attention of Parts and People and made the cover in September of 2008.
