Duties included providing a high level of customer service, making reservations, assisting customers in person and on the phone, checking customers in and out of the hotel, balancing the till at the end of the shift which included large amounts of cash, and more. I took a lot of pride in this job as well in building a good relationship with the customers and providing excellent customer service.
SKILLS
Very strong in excellent customer service. I love to work with people and take pride in doing a great job. Have experience in handling large amounts of cash and making deposits. I can type 65 plus words per minute and familiar with some Microsoft office programs. I am a very fast learner and have a strong work ethic.
