Senior Teaching Pastor / Church Planter. Served as a member of the start-up team that led the development, opening, and growth of this new church. Implemented marketing efforts that grew the membership base from 12 to 600 in three years and established Crossroads as the fastest growing church plant in the state of Tennessee.

• Implemented marketing and public relations efforts that created name recognition, built the initial church membership, and laid the foundation for future growth and success of the church.
