Program Therapist, Child & Adolescent Unit. Developed a new start program, in cooperation with the local juvenile court system and the state of Tennessee, to conduct psychological evaluations on and achieve treatment goals for juveniles with felony charges.
• Serve as a member of a multi-disciplinary team made up of physicians, psychologists, psychiatrists, case managers, nurses, program counselors, youth services officers, and therapists.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and made treatment/placement recommendations to juvenile court.

CROSSROADS COMMUNITY CHURCH, Maryville, TN, 2001 - 2004
Senior Teaching Pastor / Church Planter. Served as a member of the start-up team that led the development, opening, and growth of this new church. Implemented marketing efforts that grew the membership base from 12 to 600 in three years and established Crossroads as the fastest growing church plant in the state of Tennessee.
• Implemented marketing and public relations efforts that created name recognition, built the initial church membership, and laid the foundation for future growth and success of the church.
• Conducted research to identify a target market group and developed marketing materials and a website that promoted the organization's vision, programs, and services and recruited new members.
• Raised money for new church programs and facility improvements through fundraising presentations and events.
