Managed a large audio visual department for a high profile Chicago hotel. Was responsible for over $2MM in

revenue per year. Managed a staff of eight, including sales personnel and business center staff. Responsible for

inventory control of over $1mm in equipment. Assist sales staff in selling high end video and audio equipment for

rental. Responsible for P&L results. Work directly with clients to produce large-scale corporate and social events.

Responsible for hiring direct report. Acted as the main liaison between PSAV and all executive hotel contacts.

ten direct reports. Responsible for hiring direct reports. I was responsible for all sales of high end audio video

responsible for all P & L results.

In-house audio-video department. Responsible for bookings and corporate meetings for 300 seat auditorium on

NW side of city.
