Q1 Technologies
Dear Sir or Madam:
I am very interested in working within Q1 Technologies as an Entry Level Recruiter. With my experiences and education, I meet the qualifications that one would need to have in this industry. After reviewing your website and learning more about your organization, I am attracted to your company and what they do.
With a Bachelor of Science in Law Enforcement and Justice Administration from Western Illinois University, I have learned a lot from the basics of communication, as well as working very well in a team and also a personal field. My time at Western Illinois University taught me how to be organized, how to most successfully manage my time, and how to succeed in difficult circumstances. The education I received helped me develop many analytical and problem solving skills as well.
At Western, I was the President and Captain of the Men’s Rugby Team which is where a lot of my leadership skills came from. From this experience, not only did I gain leadership skills, but I also had to manage team finances, lead daily practices, and build and maintain good relationships with the schools administrative professionals as well as outside professionals on a daily basis.
I continued building my leadership skills after completing an internship with American Heritage Protective Services. This company is a private sector security company that has many different branches, such as contract security, private investigations, and security consulting to name a few. This position gave me the ability to continue to grow as a leader and help train and mentor guards into their new positions. I was the “go to” guy for all managers and executive employees when anything was needed to be done for clients or the company. During my internship I had much experience dealing with recruiting for a variety of positions. My internship is where I found out recruiting is something I am very passionate about and would like to make a career out of.
I believe my past experiences can prove to you that I would help Q1 Technologies continue to grow and that I could contribute to future success of the company. I have attached my resume and hope you have time to take a look at my experiences and education and also to talk more about the Entry Level Recruiter Position. Please contact me at (630)927–5874 or via email at ************@*****.***.
Sincerely,
Thomas B. McKenna Jr
