· General Ledger Maintenance: add ledger accounts/dimensions, map accounts in spreadsheets used for close, assist in maintenance of mapping tables within ERP system, maintenance of mapping tables within FDM/Upstream.
· Cash: daily cash reporting, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cash forecasting, weekly overdue debtors reporting, implementation of new bank in 2006.
· Sales Tax Reporting: oversee preparation of monthly and quarterly sales tax reporting that is prepared by the co-source partner, trouble-shoot any problems with reporting and Vertex.
· Fixed Asset Management: process capital expenditure and disposal approval, report monthly additions to management, oversee Co-Source partner in analyzing general ledger accounts and running FAS, financial and tax reporting of depreciation, conversion to BEST Fixed Assets (FAS) in 1999.
· Finance Champion for Baan implementation in 2004.
· Certified Six Sigma Green Belt/Lean Belt.
· Extensive Excel spreadsheet development, report writing using Crystal Reports.
