Period Jan,2006 – Feb, 2006

Description • Telenor had a requirement for integrating their Global HRMS system with many Partner System such as SAP, Benerc, Hyperion etc. I am a part of the offshore team for evaluating various Integration option available, coming out with appropriate comparison and figuring ballpark estimates. My role is to co-ordinate with people from different functional area and finally come up with the deliverable.

Project Business Analysis for General Motors

Customer Fidelity Investments, US

Period Apr -2005 to Aug -2005

Description • Fidelity Investments had already got implemented the OAB module for General Motors. After the implementation, there were certain bottlenecks, which needed to be analyzed and corrected. This was undertaken by our team, 9 at offshore and 1 at onsite. My responsibility was to understand the bottlenecks lying in the implementation due to business complexity and come up with appropriate solution strategy for the same.

Project Implementation of Oracle Manufacturing and distribution module

Customer Sony Seven and Vaio Enterprise Network, Japan

Period Mar, 2004 to Jul, 2004

Description • Sony Seven and Vaio Enterprise Network, Japan a well known Laptop manufacturing and distributing company had the requirement of migrating their manufacturing system from Legacy to Oracle Applications. Inventory stock setting is a module that has to extract inventory data from Legacy. After certain custom calculation these data have to be feed to Oracle to adjust on-hand inventory in EBS. The module was divided into two parts, one having the requirement of developing a custom form and registering in Apps, the other was a concurrent program which has to be run a scheduled basis.

• Sony had the requirement of transferring legacy system data for past transaction just before the go live phase of the project. Routing Data Conversion focused on transferring past Legacy routing data to Oracle.
